Fernox Central Heating Protector – 500ml

Protector F1 is a leading inhibitor designed to prevent corrosion and limescale build-up in central heating systems. This advanced product offers exceptional protection by combining three types of inhibitors: organic particles that bind to the system's metal to protect against debris, anodic inhibitors that create a protective layer on the metal surface, and cathodic inhibitors that form an insoluble layer with hard water salts.

Fernox Protector F1 also features enhanced pH buffering, ensuring the system's pH remains between 6.5 and 8.5—the optimal range for preventing corrosion and scale. In line with BS 7593:2019 standards, it is recommended to check and maintain the concentration levels annually during a system service to ensure long-term protection. Compatible with all Fernox products and safe for all materials and metals used in central heating systems, including aluminium, Protector F1 provides reliable and comprehensive system protection.
