One of our team will call you to confirm the order and discuss your delivery date. On the day of delivery, you'll receive an email and/or SMS once your order is assigned to a driver. You’ll also get a follow-up notification when we’re on our way — complete with a live tracking link. After delivery, a proof of delivery (POD) will be emailed to you if your order includes an email address.

Yes! Carvers offer free click & collect. You'll receive instructions in your email confirmation, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready. Please don’t visit the store until we’ve confirmed that your order is available for pickup.
