Draper 400W Submersible Water Pump with Float Switch 230V

The Draper 400W Submersible Water Pump with Integrated Float Switch is a reliable, automatic drainage solution for applications where unattended, self-regulating operation is required. The integrated float switch monitors water level continuously: when water rises to the set point, the pump starts automatically; when the tank or sump empties to the lower threshold, it stops — preventing dry running and extending pump life without any manual intervention.

Running at 400W on a standard 230V supply, this pump is suited to smaller-volume automatic drainage tasks including basement sump pumps, cellar drainage, water feature top-up systems, livestock water management, and tank overflow protection. The submersible design positions the pump at the water source for maximum efficiency, while the stainless steel shaft and durable impeller materials resist corrosion in long-term submerged use.

The float switch mechanism is mechanically simple and reliable — far less prone to failure than electronic level sensors in wet environments. An ideal hands-off drainage solution for any location where water management needs to happen automatically without a person present to operate the pump.
