The Faithfull Essentials Hand Transplanting Trowel is very similar to a traditional garden trowel in appearance, however, the narrow rounder blade makes it more suitable for transplanting seedlings, bulbs, and small plants without any unnecessary damage to their roots. The shape and small blade also make it useful for stirring, scooping, and for lifting out weeds with tap roots, including dandelion, dock, and thistle.

The head is manufactured from heat-treated (hardened) carbon steel to provide both strength and durability. The polypropylene and powder-coated finish provide improved resistance to rust, scratches, humidity, and alkalis in the soil.
The handle is manufactured from tubular steel with a hard-wearing polypropylene coating, making it comfortable to use.
