# Stanley Line Level

The Stanley Line Level is an aluminium tool used to measure the horizontal gradient. It would be used mostly by trade professionals and a few home DIY users. This tool measures the horizontal gradient in a few different ways. It has a hexagonal shape so it can be viewed from a 360-degree positioning around you, and the level has hooks on it, which can be suspended from guidelines from a height, it can measure an angle out of reach, or it can be used for bricklaying, to measure surface that can’t be walked on.
